There is patch of the u-boot from Pelos site available.
The patch contains:
-dedicated configuration files for TwARM board
-fixed storing environment parameters

This is address of mentioned file: http://www.jpotrym.prv.pl/u-boot-1.1.4-r2.patch.tar.bz2

To compile u-boot for TwARM after patching u-boot sources type:

make twarm_config
make
